Now Hiring - Sales Consultant in Kaneohe, HI

Discount Windows and Doors, the leading window replacement company on Oahu, is looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team. Based in our Kaneohe showroom, you will be responsible to greet customers, answer phone inquiries, demonstrate and present our products in the showroom or scheduled in-home appointments. You can create your own schedule outside of the typical 20 hours per week that are spent in the showroom, including a few Saturdays a month.

Experience must include either 3 years of proven direct sales experience or a similar period in the construction industry. No cap to how much you can earn. Some of our current sales team even exceed $100,000 per year. You must be self-motivated, professional, fueled by success, eager to earn a six-figure income, be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when homeowners are available. Cold calling is not necessary as our marketing team ensures all leads are provided for you with no cost to you.

The successful candidate must have reliable transportation, no prior felony convictions, be computer literate, dedicated, persistent, and have excellent communication skills along with a positive go-getter attitude. Although a small basic is provided, majority of income will be derived from commission sales.
